Moving To The Next Level Of Your Network Marketing Business.

Have you been banging your head against the wall trying to figure out why your business isn't growing, even though you're doing everything your upline is telling you to do? That may just be the problem right there....doing everything your upline is telling you to do.
Network marketing isn't as hard as you're making it out to be.
95% of all network marketers will fail in the their home business because they are using out-dated stategies that no longer work in today's advanced society. Chasing your friends and family, buying every book your upline tells you to buy, and being on the tape of the week list just doesn't work anymore, doing those things DO NOT build downlines. Although I am a firm believer in furthering your education, it's the proper education that counts. As for me, I educate my team members on how to recruit in today's world, and when they start to see their downlines grow, they don't need a tape of the week, or a book to help them maintain their excitement.....The excitement comes with moving to the next level, it builds with each new recruit they sign up. Network marketers make this business hard by not educating themselves on today's latest marketing systems and stategies that work.

The old days of MLM marketing are dead and gone. The days of "selling" a person on an opportunity or product are over. The new age of network marketing, and doing it right, is having people come to you. Having a person approach YOU about your business is easier than you think. When I talk to someone about my business, I don't "sell" them on my idea, I have them sell themselves. Having a person sell themselves on your business or product will give you a higher quality team member, opposed to you selling them.
Have them give you reasons as to why YOU should allow them to join your business.
Most network marketers never learn to listen. Listen to the problems a person is having in their life, and then you can base your questions around their problems. Learn to guide a person through the conversation by asking questions, and let them give you the answers, and they will start to see how joining your business will solve their problems. You are a problem solver, and you must present yourself as that. Remember to ask questions that bring out a person's problems, show how your business can solve that problem, and allow the prospect to sell himself.
When you learn these kind of techniques, moving on to the next level will just get easier and easier. Network marketing is a fun business, and an easy business, but only if you educate yourself and learn how to market your business the proper way.I offer free education on my blog to everyone no matter what business you are in, and those stategies will work for any person or business. It's just my way of being a problem solver. This is not a hard business. You make it hard by not educating yourself. Be part the 5% and explode your downline by learning what works and sticking to it, and then teaching it to your downline.
