Successful Networkers Take Shotcuts

There are two paths to success in network marketing.

1- The school of hard knocks- The path of the grizzly old man. This is where you get in the game, you take action and you learn and pay for your mistakes from your experience. Not what I would suggest, but it will lead you to where you need to go if you truly desire network marketing success.

2- The shortcut- The path of the entrepreneur. This is where you leverage the experience and the mistakes of those that have come before you. They make the mistakes and you benefit from it. You succeed faster than the trailblazer, because you don't have to make the same mistakes they made.

It all starts with action, that's the key. You take persistent and consistent action towards your goal and as long as you don't stop you WILL get there.

The only question is.........

Do you want to get there fast, or get there slow?

Exploding Your Down Line With Duplication

They always talk about network marketing as being a business of duplication, but what's duplicatable about buying leads and calling them except that it's easy to do?

Duplication is NOT based on how easy something is to do, but based on how effective it is, and how it can be effectively duplicated. One of the most important things I've learned and built my personal business around is that buying leads is NOT that duplicatable.

One person might be great at the cold calling game, but the odds are, most people are not, and that doesn't really spell duplication if you ask me. Couple this with the "one dimensional business model" and you can see why so many network marketers have such a tough time making anything in their business.

Never run a business where you only have one singular source of interested prospects flowing in. It may work for a while, but there is always the question of what happens when the source runs dry.

When we discuss the idea of duplication, you should be focused on your MARKETING SYSTEM.

If you have a marketing system in place that will close leads on a consistent rate, you are standing on firm ground. And that SYSTEM is what you want your team to duplicate.

Make sure you have a strong marketing system, and you'll take control of the lead generation process. Then you'll be ahead of 97% of the network marketers out there.

One of the best recruiting systems I have found, that puts an average of 30 new team members into my organization each month can be found here http://raydavis.blackbeltrecruiting.com/ , and it is very duplicatable, and most f my team uses it also. You can't afford to be in the rear of the pack when it comes to network marketing. YOU MUST BE A LEADER!

Building Your Network Marketing Biz On A Budget

Building your home business can truly be a costly one. Each time you turn around seems like you are spending every dollar you have on advertising and NOT getting ahead in your business. It will basically nickel and dime you to death.

You really can't get ahead in your business if you have to spend a ton on advertising, especially when you're just starting out. Wouldn't it be nice if someone could show you basically step by step how you can build your business without spending a ton of money?

Well I have some good news..........

Some time ago I came across something that I'm sure will help you as much as it as helped me. It is a FREE video series called "Building On A Budget". In this video series you will learn how you can build any business for $500.00 or less!

I took these FREE videos and purchased the ridiculously low priced companion book, and within two weeks of applying the techniques, I'm averaging about 10 "qualified" leads per day for my Network Marketing business. And the best part is that I haven't spent a lot of money doing it!

Now anyone can have the tools to build their Network Marketing Business without being nickel and dimed to death in the process.

The Unstoppable MLM Juggernaut

If you don't know anything about comic books, Juggernaut is a character in Marvel Comic's X-Men, and he's basically invincible. Once he gets moving, there is nothing that can stop him. He's a giant imposing character and basically, anything he wants, he gets....I LIKE THAT IDEA! :)

As a Network Marketer, you have problems that you are faced with from the very second you start your business.

- How to find people interested in your business.
- How to present your business in a way that gets people excited, and wanting to join you.
- How to make it easy for others to do the same.

If you can solve these problems, you will become something of a Network Marketing Juggernaut yourself. So I have a bit of homework for you today...

Sit down and write out every problem you are having in your business. Set the piece of paper aside until tomorrow, and then come back and think of creative ways to solve the problems you are facing in your business.

Then next week set an action plan to implement your solutions to your problems. And don't stop until each problem is solved. Whats going to happen when you do this? I thought you'd never ask. :)

Invariable you'll uncover more problems to overcome in your business. You'll take OWNERSHIP of your business, and you'll take the first steps in becoming an entrepreneur for your own situation.

Here's a hint....

An entrepreneur is nothing more than someone who solves problems for a profit.

So in your brainstorming, think of ways to profit in your business every step of the way. Do these things right, and you'll be a Juggernaut in your own right with people chasing you down to learn how to do what you do.

Sponsoring 95 New Reps In 3 Days!!!

Frankly, I haven't heard of someone signing up 95 new reps in 3 days. But low and behold, my friend just did with a new company he joined. It wasn't the company that signed them up, it was the system he used. His phone was ringing of the hook and people were joining left and right, it was a crazy 3 days for him.

So, knowing that the secret to success is an ongoing learning process, I decided to try this system to see what it could do for me. Now I don't have all the time in the world as I have a rather large down line that take care of, but I devoted a few hours to this system and got some AMAZING results.

Within one week of putting this system to work for me, I have signed up 34 new team members!! And that is on top of the team members I normally sign up on a weekly basis.

I have created a large part of my success from copying what works for other people. And this system has produced way beyond my wildest dreams. I will be passing this along to ALL of my team members to help them explode their down lines.

Even if you are not part of my team, and just a reader, I would like to pass this along to you also. You can find this system here: http://raydavis.blackbeltrecruiting.com/

Use this and watch what it does for your down line and your bank account!!!!!

Why You DON"T Want To Be A Network Marketing Drone.

If you boil it down, what you are taught to do in traditional Network Marketing is basically a process of taking you from an individual and turning you into a robot in the name of creating a duplicatable system.

The theory is if there are 100 drones of you out there doing the same thing that your personal power and effectiveness as a marketer is increased by 100 times.

Is this true?

Yes, in theory it is, but the truth behind it all is it's just not possible. You are you, and I am me. I can't be you and you can't be me. It's not something that can happen, so to teach and mold people into models of you is fundamentally flawed.

Network Marketing is based on the idea of duplication, and because of this the next natural tendency is to think that to duplicate you or me, you should go out there being a lil mini me in order for it to work at it peak effectiveness.

In a nutshell that the theory and a seductive one at that. I fell for it, and you are probably falling for it right now. What you come to realize of the course of time is it's flawed in very essence.

Just because something sometimes seems naturally right does not mean it is fundamentally sound.

Here's why.

It takes you from being a valuable resource and turns you into a mundane commodity, hence the problem with duplication in Network Marketing and the question of "Well why should I join you?"

First the definition of a commodity....

A largely homogeneous product sold or traded solely on the basis of price.

In other words:

You go to the grocery store and you want milk, there are 18 different varieties of milk, and because you know that all milk is essentially just milk, you choose which one you buy basically for the price. You ask yourself..."I wonder which one is on sale today?", and that's the one you buy.

This is what building your business on the idea of creating 100 yous does.... All those other "yous" are indistinguishable from each other and your prospect basically chooses on price. Now, is that what you want?

If your sponsor teaches you to just follow the system because that's what works, you can do that. But realize in doing that, you are turning yourself into a drone. In other words, you stop being "you" and you become "one of them."

The top producer, the guy that making the $100,000.00 checks every month, he's excited to turn you into a drone because he knows his power comes from the summation of the whole. But at the same time he has little concern for the personal survival of each individual drone within his army.

Why?

It doesn't matter if YOU survive. All that matters is the further assimilation and duplication of additional drones, because that is where the massive leverage is for him.

For you and me, our leverage lies in the exact opposite approach. If you step out of the drone army and return yourself to the status of "individual", you instantly create value in YOU. When you create value in your own unique way, your prospects can n longer ask "Why should I join you?", because your value to them will be unique and instantly identifiable.

I'm not saying vanilla ice cream isn't the highest consumed ice cream and wont continue to be, all I'm saying is that is NOT what you want to be. Define your flavor and you will find many people out there who will love it!

If you are struggling in a company that teaches you to be a "drone", and doesn't seem to care about the "individual", I encourage you to take a look at the company I am involved in. Not only do they care, but if you decide to join through my website, you will have one on one help, teaching, and training with me. I work with everyone in my organization to help them achieve the highest of goals and dreams. Using Free Classified Ads To Get Free Leads.

This stategy has to be one of the easiest ones, perfect for newbies and those with little technical skills.

I think most people are aware of the hundeds of FREE CLASSIFIED ADS websites on the internet. Many Network Marketers start our by posting free ads to many of these sites. Some have gone on to really master this technique and can generate hundreds of free leads to follow up on just by placing these simple free classified ads online.

DO NOT ignor this simple stategy! You WILL get results, but you must be consistent. The secret is MASSIVE action. Don't think that you can just post 10 ads and sit back have good results. You need to have a plan to post 10,20,30 or more ads every day to multiple sites on a consistent basis.

You also need to focus on the most popular and high traffic sites when posting you ads for maximum results. This can be don with ease if you know what you are doing. Thankfully there is a program that will cut your time you spend posting your ads in half. This program also allows you to post to multiple classified ad sites at once....IT DOESN'T GET EASIER THAN THIS! You find this program here.... Click Here!

Network Marketing Is Not For Everyone.

Most Network Marketers, after joining a company, fly out the door to show the opportunity or "business" to every walking creature that will listen. Most are taught by their upline to make a list and attack it. And then there is the "3 Foot Rule". Where you should give a card or tape or talk to anyone and everyone within three feet of you. And after following these tactics, as their upline instructed, it gets old quick, with little results.

You see, Network Marketing just isn't for everyone. It takes a special breed to "work" Network Marketing or MLM. And its very rare that you will find upline to admit to the new recruit this fact. Most have at on time been approached by a friend or family member about joining a business. And most of those people just didn't make it, and probably COULDN'T make it for the simple fact that they got discouraged because everyone they talked to DIDN'T sign up. 97% of all Network Marketers will fail because of this, its a proven fact!

If you belong to a company, or if you're thinking about joining a Network Marketing or MLM, listen to what I have to say.
Not everyone will catch your vision. Not everyone wants what you want, nor will everyone share your dreams. Some people are totally happy with their situation and where they are in life. Some people are just happy with waking up at dawn and driving to work and making the pay they make. And yet others are just too scared of the thought of making a lot of money. These are facts that you MUST understand.

There is an old saying in Network Marketing....."Some will, some wont, so what". And that is the way you have to look at it. Don't let the fact that most of the people you will talk to WONT join you. Just move on to the next person, and from time to time you will find that one who totally catches the vision. These are the ones that understand it, want it, need it, and can see the possibilities of your company.

Personally, I stopped talking about my business to everyone I come in contact with. Actually, people approach ME about joining my business, and my downline is having the same thing happen to them. The methods that I teach my downline have nothing to do with chasing friends and family, or the "3 Foot Rule". I teach my downline how to have prospects come to them. And I also teach my down line that its OK to say no to some of those people who want to join with us. Believe me, there are some people you just don't want in your organization. So I tell people all the time that it is more important to have quality than quantity. When you start filling your downline with "quality" people who duplicate your success, the "quantity" will come, and the success is so much more the sweeter.

Please do yourself, your friends, and family members a favor and don't chase down everything with two legs thinking they will join you. You will waste your time and run off some good people in the process. Learn to listen to people's needs. Find out if they "qualify" to join you, then talk to them about what you can "offer" them as a solution to their problems. Learn to care about people instead of dollar signs and your success will grow. Just remember...."Some will, some wont, so what".

If you have any questions, or would like to learn more about how to get prospects to come to you, eager to learn about your business, please shoot me an email. I'll be happy to help you.

Be safe, and have a great day!

Finding The Right Network Marketing Company For You.

Finding the right Network Marketing company can be a scary task. We all know there are thousands to choose from with every product imaginable, and with pay plans that can make your head spin. But there are certain things to take in consideration while looking for the "perfect" MLM business.

Here are a few things to consider.....

* Product(s)

You must take into consideration the product you will be offering through your business. The company can have the best marketing system, and the nicest websites out there. But if the product isn't in demand....it just wont work. The product must have a huge appeal to the masses. It has to be something almost everyone needs and is looking for. It should also go beyond the customers expectations and have value of more than it's cost. You can have an awesome product, but if its priced too high for the masses, you most likely will fail. Find a company with a mass appeal product, at a mass appeal price that over delivers in value.

* Pay Plan

Now this can be a tricky one. There are as many different pay plans as there are companies out there. While looking at pay plans you should consider those that allow the little people to earn, and earn fast while building a nice long lasting residual income. Sad to say...most Network Marketing company's pay plans are not set up to make YOU money, but instead to make the company money from all your efforts. Now, you will find people in just all Network Marketing companies who are making money. But very few that are making any REAL money. I personally like the company that I'm with because they have three pay plans in one that work together at the same time. It really is an amazing pay plan.
But while looking at pay plans. Look for those that offer a "fast start" bonus to put money in your pocket fast, and a really good plan that builds a nice residual income.

* How long has the company been in business?

This is as important as anything else mentioned here. I know people that only look for "ground floor" opportunities, or companies that are just starting up. I kinda frown on that idea, and here's why. Most MLM companies shut down within the first year. And many don't make it past the 5th year. So why pour your heart and soul and countless hours of effort into something that just might not make it. Now, it is kinda hard to determine if a company is gonna make to the 10 year mark or beyond. But I'd rather join a company that has been around for at least seven years or so. You can kinda tell just be taking into consideration the other points I mentioned above. One of the main reasons I joined the company I joined is because they have been in business for 16 years, and the market for their products are unlimited.

These are just few things to think about when considering a Network Marketing company. Network Marketing is still and will remain one of the easiest and most profitable was to start a home based business. Just remember to chose a company that has a product that everybody needs or wants. Make sure the company is gonna stick around for the long haul, and has a good steady growth rate. And make sure the company is going to pay YOU for the effort and time you are going to spend building YOUR business.

If you are looking for a company to join, or if you belong to a company that just isn't living up to its promises, you are more than welcome to take a look at the company I am associated with. It meets all the above mentioned criteria. You can see it here http://www.raydavishomebiz.com/ .

Be safe and have a great day!!
